Did colony PCR of 16 colonies of each of yesterdays transformations (!MII and !MIII).
Then I gelled the result:
Saeed Katiraei
Made overnight cultures of the colonies which were grown up yesterday on agar+amp plates. From each plate 1 overnight culture.
