Today during the incubation time of the experiment i was discussing about the yesterday's result with Emrah. he suggested me that we must know in which part of the growth curve are we measuring. Hence with his help and verification I changed the experiment reading time to 16 and half hours. I checked the results next day and the results I got are consolidated and explained here.
