Sriram
Today I re-checked the restricted samples of pLacI, Normal RBS-GFT-TT and Medium RBS-GFT-TT in gel. The gel image is shown below.

Then I did ligation of the Normal RBS positive control and Medium RBS positive control, then electro-transformation of the samples. Then they were plated.
