DONE Work out a cloning strategy.
DONE Transform E.coli TOP10 with BioBricks; gvp (Kit Plate 2, Well 11A), RBS (2M, 2009 Kit Plate 1), terminator (24C, 2009 Kit Plate 2).The gvp cluster is supplied in BBa_J61035 (figure 1)
