Meeting iGEM teams at TU delft

GVP Cluster
Trying to get a nice picture of the tubes but they are not very photogenic.
- Zn seems to work in a gradient accept for the tube without Zn.
- Ars all are floating (could be very leaky/constituitive)
- Cu shows a gradient effect
- pNL29 shows a clear floating difference

Due to the mutation. restarted cloning again with PCR on pBAD plasmid with primers F2 rev
