Reception of primers (oligos)
- Primers from 08/03 arrived at Necker. References : O19 O20 O21 O22 O23 O24 O25 O26 O27 O28 O29 and O30.
- All primers received by now are labeled and stored at -20°C in the "Oligos" box. Stock is 100µM. A 10µM solution (20µL) of each has also been prepared and is available in the "Oligos" box at -20°C. These 10µL solutions are to be used in priority.
