AL1: No growth
AH2: Minimal growth
Left the ones with no growth on the bench, de rest was spinned of and pellets frozen.
Pellets of AL2, KM1, KH2 & AH1 were red of colour.
Plates:
Glpf in pSB1AC (31/07/09, TY amp120) & Glpf con. pSB1AC (31/07/09, TY amp120) both Empty, left them on the bench.
A lot of other plates in incubator I was not told of, left them in the incubator (No growth)
