- Restriction digest of minipreps with EcoRI and PstI enzymes
- Electrophoresis carried out on 1,5% agarose gel
- Most of the bricks are to small to be observed on the gel and should be tested by direct sequencing.
- The E0032 brick seems fine, the I14032 looks puzzling and should also undergo sequencing.
