Cyanos: Transformations à 30°C room with Parafilm   1.     Low 1 – Culture started on 7/27/09 - 23 mg/ml 2.     Low 2 - Culture started on 7/27/09 – 32 mg/ml 3.     High 1 - Culture started on 7/20/09 – 23 mg/ml 4.     High 2 - Culture started on 7/20/09 – 23 mg/ml  

  • Liquid cultures of High 1 and Low 1 were placed in 30°C Shaker, minimal indirect light
  • Plated Cultures of High 1 and Low 1 were placed in minimal indirect light
