Results

  1. Overnight cultures grew well.

Tasks

  1. Inoculate 2.5 mL from each starter culture into 250mL LB media in 500ml flasks. Culture until ~0.6-1.0 A600.
  2. Freeze some glycerol stocks of NEB10beta and DB3.1, concentrate rest 100x and do cold glycerol washes to make competent for electrotransformation. Freeze stocks of electrocompetent cells
  3. Transform NEB10beta with J04450
